Payment is non-refundable, if you not able to come for the shoot the payment can be stored as studio credit if you cancel the shoot one weeks before. If in one weeks will charge 50% for service fee.

1. Where is the location?
We’re shooting at a beautiful private lavender farm near Queensville and Highway 404, just north of Toronto. Exact address and directions will be provided after booking.
2. When are the sessions available?
We currently have limited time slots available on:

Sessions run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
3. What happens if it rains?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll do our best to reschedule for later the same day. If that’s not possible, we’ll move your session to another available date that works for you.
4. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We offer one complimentary rescheduling option given we receive 24 hrs notice in advance.
All payments are non-refundable, but your session fee will be saved as a store credit with no expiry date. You can use it for any future shoot with us.
5. What should we wear?
We recommend light-colored outfits — white, beige, or pastels look beautiful against the lavender fields. Comfortable footwear is also key! Please avoid high heels, as the farm paths are grassy and uneven.
6. Can we bring our pet?
Yes! Pets are welcome — we love capturing your full family (furry members included). Just make sure to keep them leashed and cleaned up after.
7. What should we bring for the shoot?
Don’t forget to pack a few essentials for a smooth and comfortable experience:
